CSG is now represented on global markets by Czechoslovak Export.

Starting in June 2024, Czechoslovak Export (CSE) will become the main sales agency of the industrial and technological company Czechoslovak Group (CSG) and will represent the product and service portfolio of CSG’s companies on the global market. This Czech agency will be building upon the activities of Excalibur International, the company that has to date served as CSG’s principal sales agency.

Czechoslovak Export has the same sales team that successfully worked within Excalibur International. The new sales agency is also headed by CEO Miloš Šivara, who is likewise the head of Excalibur International.

“The fact that Czechoslovak Export is becoming CSG’s principal sales agency does not mean the end of Excalibur International,” notes Miloš Šivara, who adds: “Excalibur International will continue to be the promoter and implementer behind the important business projects we are carrying out in Indonesia, for example. However, new projects will be launched under the Czechoslovak Export banner.”

The switch to a separate company to represent CSG on global markets was primarily made in order to emphasize the identity within CSG.

“The name ‘Czechoslovak Export’ clearly indicates the company’s affiliation with the Czechoslovak Group and at the same time makes it clear that its reason for existence is sales representation in the Group’s export projects. Also, we have run into situations where customers associated Excalibur International primarily with the well-known company Excalibur Army, which mainly manufactures land vehicles within CSG, rather than with the entire Group,” Šivara explains.

Czechoslovak Export, as well as the whole of CSG, continues the tradition of Czechoslovak industry and the ‘Made in Czechoslovakia’ brand, which still functions well in some markets.

Czechoslovak Export employs a team of nearly 100 salespeople and managers. Czechoslovak Export has the same headquarters as CSG, its parent group: in the Red Court building in Prague’s Karlín district, Czechia, where the core of its team works. The agency has a network of representatives and partners in many countries, giving it the flexibility to cover almost the entire world.

“We pride ourselves on having an international team working for Czechoslovak Export. The foundation of successful global business is familiarity with and respect for different cultures. Thanks to this familiarity, we prepare projects that suit our customers’ needs perfectly and build long-term partnerships with them,” says Šivara.

“Although we primarily serve as a sales representative for CSG, we are open to partnerships outside the Group, both in defence and in civilian industry,” he concludes.
